Terms and Conditions:

Payment: Payment for the selected spa services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Health and Medical Conditions: Clients are responsible for informing the spa of any health or medical conditions that may affect their ability to receive spa treatments. The spa reserves the right to refuse service based on health considerations.

Conduct: Clients are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner during their spa visit. Any inappropriate behavior or misconduct may result in immediate termination of services with no refund.

Liability: Uttara Luxury Spa BD is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during or as a result of spa treatments, except for those caused by the spa’s negligence.

Consent: By signing below, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this spa services contract.

Age Requirement:

Clients under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to receive spa services.

Service Duration: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to ensure a full spa experience. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to accommodate other scheduled appointments.

All special offers, promotions, and discounts are subject to availability and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

Changes to Services or Prices:

Uttara Luxury Spa BD reserves the right to modify, change, or discontinue any spa services, treatments, or prices without prior notice.
